A Buyer's Premium may be added to the final purchase price, for services rendered by Assetzoom, and participating Broker fee. See specific terms of each asset offering.

The asset will be sold subject to unpublished reserve. The asset will be sold free and clear of all liens.

To qualify to bid, buyers must have a copy of a loan pre-approval along with a personal check (per unit) for the (earnest money) deposit.

Cash Buyers without financing will need a cashiers check in the amount specified per item payable to Sellers Title & Escrow for the earnest money deposit. (Title & Escrow for the earnest money deposit).

The winning bidder will be required to deliver to the Seller (Escrow company) a cashier's check or certified check as (earnest money) deposit and execute the (Purchase and Sales) Agreement immediately upon acceptance of bid.

Real Estate:

Closing must occur within 30-45 days of the final auction day. Final payment must be made by assured funds.

Property is sold on an "AS IS" cash basis, no contingencies.

AssetZoom.com makes no warranties expressed or implied or representations of any kind concerning the asset, including but not limited to the physical condition of the asset.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the asset prior to the sale and satisfy himself or herself as to its condition, value and fitness for intended purpose.

All real and personal property is sold in "AS IS" condition with no warranties by seller or AssetZoom.com expressed or implied. The buyer is entitled to rely solely on his or her own inspections and evaluations, and not on any representations from seller.

If multiple items, they will be bid individually subject to unpublished reserve.

BROKER PARTICIPATION (if offered)
A commission will be paid by the Seller, to the licensed broker whose prospect pays for and settles the property in this listing or auction. To qualify for the commission, the licensed broker or salesperson must register his/her client prior to the end of the preview period, and they need to participate in the the auction process with his/her prospect. Special bank financing is available through sellers lender (on approval).
