You may be required to provide the following various items for the Lender; (1) a cashier's check in the amount specified by the lender (please review the specific item page for details as this amount varies) made payable to yourself, cash AND (2) a personal check to cover the balance (if any) needed for the required deposit (some sales require 5% others 3% etc) and (3) a valid I.D. for all parties to the transaction.
