• A Connection! Our Goal is to bring Buyer AND Seller together on an "agreed to" price, once that's done it's up to you and or your respective brokers (if applicable) to complete the sales transaction process.

Even if your asset(s) are priced correctly they may still not sell, unless people KNOW your item is for sale. Our successful "Miltiple Offer"© (Auction) Sales strategy may only take two bidders BUT the more the better, so we consider it standard best practice in sales to invest in advertising and marketing solutions to ensure success. We will get the word out using our proven marketing methods.

Multiple Assets or Inventory Reduction:

We can help make your sales a success by determining a budget on a case by case basis. We all know that you get what you pay for. So we aggressively market to achieve the best exposure for your budget.

Our 100% Guarantee!**

If your item is not properly priced it will most likely not sell. We can only guarantee our "sell it in 30 days or Less" offer as long as your willing to **agree to our pricing strategy guidelines, hire one of our pricing strategy affiliates, and use their suggested pricing strategy for your Auction item. If after pricing your item according to our specifications your item does not sell within 30 days of the start of the auction then we will allow you to repeat the process. If you do not agree to our pricing strategy we cannot guarantee that using our service alone will sell your item(s) within 30 days or at all.

We do unconditionally guarantee our listing and auction web service AssetZoom.com against problems arising due to technical issues. If you experience technical problems with the service in any way please describe them in the comments area of our online form and an AssetZoom.com representative will work with you to resolve the issue.

Note to Buyers

BUYER'S PREMIUM: If applicable a Buyer's Premium may be added to the final purchase price, for services rendered by AssetZoom.com, and participating Brokers depending on the specific sales terms. Please review all terms and conditions for each individual item as they vary from item to item depending upon the seller's "Special Requirements of Sale".
